DSP Coalescence-separation oil purifier is designed to remove free water and dissolved water from lube oils or diesel fuel,coalescing filter will make the free and dissolved water from small molecule to big drop, then separation filter remove the water drop by gravity, falling into the water tank. It removes the particles by stages of filters and cleanness up to NAS grade 6. It is applicable for on line running with light oil filled, turbine oil filled and lubricating oil filled systems, especially good for water- leakage systems.
Why is the water to be removed from oil?
The water in hydraulic oil system could cause oil oxidation, thus make it get bad, reduce its thickness and lubricity, which could change the Oil viscosity and form organic acid, thus corrodes metal surface, reduce or lose the strength of dielectric strength. Our Coalescing Separation Oil Filter Machine combines high precision filtration and high efficient dehydration into one machine, which could remove rust and particles and free water. Its obvious function is water oil separation.
Description of DSP:
1. This purifier is made of a hydrophilic coalescing element and a hydrophobic dehydration element which are configured and optimized in a certain proportion.
2. According to the different physical effects of the water in the oil, the free water drops with big diameters when passing the coalescing element.
3. The dehydration element will then separate the water drops, which will be automatically drained out after sinking in the water holder. The oil and water will thus be separated.
4. Combining automatic emulsion splitting, high-efficiency dehydration and precise filtering, the filter can effectively filter out the water and impurities in the oil.
5. The product is suitable for the online automatic operation of various light oil system, turbine oil systems and lubricating systems.

Different liquid has different surface tension, when the fluid runs through the pores, the smaller of the surface tension, the faster of the speed. When different liquid runs into the separator, it comes into the coalescence filter element which has many layers with different pore size. Because of the difference in the surface tension, the oil liquid runs through the filter layer quickly, but the water runs slowly. Also, the filter elements adopts the hydrophilic material, the micro water drops adsorption in the layer to form the coalescence of the water drops. For the kinetic energy, the liquid drops runs through the pores ,forming the larger ones and dropping down to separated with the oil liquid. The oil liquid after the coalescence filter element has small size water drops to get to the separation elements. The separation filter element is made of the special hydrophobic materials, when the oil liquid runs through the separation filter elements, the water drops are rebelled by the element, and the oil runs through and escape from the extractor.
