Application:
Series DFR fire-resistant oil purifier is especially designed for phosphate ester fire-resistant oil, this machine can treat and regenerate the degenerative fire-resistant oil, removing acid,pigment, gas, water and particles. This machine body uses the special metal materials which are compatible with fire-resistant oil,combined with technologies of vacuum dewatering, multi-stage filtration system and new adsorbent to ensure treated oil achieve new fire-resistant oil properties. Series DFR is the necessary purifying equipment for the sectors which use fire-resistant oil, it can be online working and oil-filling.
Features:
□ New type fully stainless steel material and special type filter material, preciser step by step, which removes lots of impurities from oil. To achieve precision filtration
□ This machine is made of anti-acid and anti-dissolution 304 stainless steel. The filters and sealing use material which is not dissolved with fire-resistant oil. It is beautiful, light, easy to operate with low noise and long service life.
□ Equipped with automatic infrared liquid level control system, automatic pressure protection system to ensure safe and reliable high-performance operation of equipment.
□ Filter oil online with unattended operation. Lights indicate operation status of machine.
□ We use filters which designed only for fire-resistant oil to remove particles. Cleanness up to NAS
grade 4.
□ After treatment, the important index-resistivity up to ≥ 6 x 109.
□ Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
□ Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoidingblank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
□ Good appearance, compact structure and easy operation.
□ Oil-input and oil-output keep balance by photoelectric switch which is sensitive and accurate to
monitor oil level and stop inputting oil when level marked high and keep inputting oil when low.
