Application:
Series TVP vacuum oil purifier is used for treating the unqualified turbine oil, especially the seriously
emulsified turbine oil, lubricating oil and cooling oil to removing a large amount of moisture and impurity.This series, which can rapidly and effectively remove the water, gas and impurities aiming at turbine oil’s nature of high water content, easily emulsified and high impurity content, make the oil reach new oil standard.
Meanwhile caused the metal parts of turbine steam to corrosion, bad for the safe operation of steam turbine. So TVP series machine is the special maintenance equipment for the power plant, power station to clean the used turbine oil.
This machine breaks emulsification thoroughly, and the oil is very difficult to be emulsified again after treatmentIts dehydration volume is large and it can drain off the water on line.TVP series, which prevent lubrication system from damage, can effectively extend the lifetime of oil and protect turbine and other machines.
It is widely suitable for online processing of steam turbine, the gas turbine, the hydraulic turbine's oil in electric power, chemical industry, papermaking, metallurgy and so on to guarantee the unit adjusting and the normal work of the lubrication system.It used physical method remove the water, impurities and gas(acetylene, hydrogen, methane, etc), it will not change the oil components and performance.

1). check and adjust after oil purifier works for a period of time
