Application:

Series TVP (TY) vacuum oil purifier is special designed for turbine oil, lubricating oil and cooling oil to removing a large amount of moisture and impurity. Such as power plants, power station steam turbine in the process of running, moisture, dust and impurities will be mixed in the turbine oil, will accelerate the oxidation of oil, and changed with foam, fouling and oil sludge, cause the oil emulsified serious, and lead to oil-water separation more difficult, reduce the oil performance of lubrication, speed, cooling etc.

Meanwhile caused the metal parts of turbine steam to corrosion, bad for the safe operation of steam turbine. So TVP series machine is the special maintenance equipment for the power plant, power station to clean the used turbine oil.

TVP (TY)series oil filtration equipment is particularly suitable for purifying turbine lubricating oil. It also applys to treat hydraulic, coolant oil and other lubrication in which contains large amount of water, vapor, impurities, sludge, dielectric and colloid.

Particle filtration system:

Three stage filter, coarse filter which is located on suction port protect the pump and extend the life of the main filter. There are two fine filter in the back of pump, make the oil quickly reach high cleanliness. Filter material use special gradient pore glass fiber, it can filter different size particles, greatly improving the filter life. It has perfect filter structure, which can effectively reduce the flow rate of filter material surface, to obtain stable filtration accuracy.

Vacuum dehydration system

It consists of vacuum irrigation, vacuum pump, condensate irrigation, air supply system. vacuum dehydration can effectively remove various states of water in the oil, and can remove air and a variety of volatile substances in the oil.The effect of vacuum water removal is mainly related to working vacuum and oil temperature. The lower the vacuum, the higher the temperature, the better the water removal effect.

Oil temperature is generally about 60 ℃, high temperature will accelerate the oxidation of oil. For hydraulic oil, vacuum is generally 600-700Pa, it can make the water content of oil down to 30ppm or less. For transformer insulating oil, use higher vacuum, a higher degree of vacuum can be used, the water content can be reduced to <10ppm.

Heating system

Step by step heating, the surface heat load is less than 1.0W / cm², will not overheat caused oil deterioration. Oil temperature can be adjusted at 0-100 ℃, automatic control, and set one protection device, when the oil is too small , automatically stop working, and avoid burning caused damage to the heater.

Automatic control system

TVP vacuum oil purifier machine uses frequency converter, level transmitter, temperature sensor, vacuum gauge, pressure gauge and a series of automatic control instrumentation equipment to run a variety of information, by the central processor for processing, Automatically controls the operation of the entire plant and monitors the operation of the equipment.
