Application:
Series TVP vacuum oil purifier is special designed for turbine oil, lubricating oil and cooling oil to removing a large amount of moisture and impurity. Such as power plants, power station steam turbine in the process of running, moisture, dust and impurities will be mixed in the turbine oil, will accelerate the oxidation of oil, and changed with foam, fouling and oil sludge, cause the oil emulsified serious, and lead to oil-water separation more difficult, reduce the oil performance of lubrication, speed, cooling etc. Meanwhile caused the metal parts of turbine steam to corrosion, bad for the safe operation of steam turbine. So TVP series machine is the special maintenance equipment for the power plant, power station to clean the used turbine oil.
Series TVP oil purifier is widely used for filtering turbine lubricating oil in electric power, metallurgical, chemical engineering industries. It is good at emulsion breaking, dehydration and removing soap, gelatin, acid, pigment and metal particulates in emulsified turbine oil and low-viscosity lubricating oil as well as turbine oil used in other machinery and electric power equipment.

This is a vacuum type of our TVP20 model lubricant oil purifier machine with high vacuum pump and oil water separator ,it can treat 20L/minute(1200L/hour) lube oil,lubricating oil,hydraulic oil,gear oil,compressor oil, furnace oil,refrigeration oil,vacuum pump oil, bearing oil, metal processing oil, rust-proof oil, oil cylinder oil, heat treatment and heat conduction oil.
