Fuel oil absorbs atmospheric moisture and solid impurities during storage, transportation, and injection. Massive ineluctable water and impurities emerge into the fuel oil during manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning process of oil pipeline (storage tank) assembling, welding, preservative treatment, scavenging, and pressure test. Mechanical impurities and free water is the harmful substances for the fuel oil. The water content and impurities shall seriously endanger engine’ s power insufficient and even flame-out to cause disastrous accident.
Massive tiny solid particles and droplets shall form stable suspension and emulsion which can not be removed by gravity deposition method. Thus the coalescence-separation oil purifier is necessary for the oil supply system.

The oil purifier together precise filtration with dehydration, applies advanced "Coalescence and Separation" technology to dehydration,has high efficiency and strong capacity,especially to separate the vast water in the oil. It has the unmatched advantages of vacuum method and centrifugation,can explode all the oil-water emulsion structure in the medium;use high efficiency filter media for filter medium and has large filtration area design,can effectively filter the imperceptible particles to make the oil reach a high cleanliness. The coalescence system consists of a group of coalescence filter element and the coalescence filter element adopts a unique molecular structure of polar. Free water and emulsion water in the oil formed a large water droplet after it through the filter element and then sinking down to water storage tank relying on gravity. The separated water stored in the storage tank, when the interface height reach to the set value, open the valve to put the water out until down to the liquid level then close the valve and stop the drainage. The system Configuration is excellent and has strong continuous performance, suitable for online operation.
Coalescence separator is equipped with two different functions of the filters inside - separation filter and coalescence filter. the medium for dehydration go through the import of coalescence separator into the filter shell, and the filter tray distribute it to of each coalescence filter, liquid flows from inside to outside of coalescence filter, after filtration, emulsion breaking, coalescence, and sedimentation four process, the liquid demulsify the emulsion, and then after demulsification the droplet water form the large big one and subside at the bottom of the shell. Part of the droplet water with the liquid flow into separation filter,
the filter is made up of a special filter material with good water-repellent performance, small drops were completely and effectively blocked outside of the filter, and form bog drops again to subside, so as to ensure effective removal of water. The water subside at the bottom of the shell can be shown by the lever meter, so that the water and dirt can be removed out by the drainage valve from time to time. The media after separated water will be collected by separation filter tray, and flow out from export of the separator.
